Having vague references like “ABC123” or “Test1”, leaving everyone confused later? You can now prevent that with Reference Fields in your booking flow.

Here’s what you can do:

• Add values and comments using various predefined reference fields when your external customer or internal user creates a booking request on the Freightify platform

• View all reference details directly in the bookings details after the booking has been created

Whether it is a booking detail, internal comment or a specific information - store it all, right where it belongs. Just head to your booking screen and give it a try.
