We've made updates to our terms of service and we have earmarked the changes below. Click here to review the changes. Alternatively, you can view the changes as we have embedded links to the outline below.
1. The terms and conditions take effect upon the customer's initiation of platform usage.
2. We have added new clauses under Customer's Obligation to Input Data 5.1-5.2, Freightify's Use of Data 6.1-6.2, Intellectual Property 15.8, Validity of terms 18 and Miscellaneous 23.1.
3. We have a new Annexure A in place that highlights the acceptable usage policy.
