Sometimes the rates you find may not meet your requirements, or there may be no rates available for a shipment. In many cases, sales teams have to reach out to their pricing team through emails or messages to request better rates, which slows down the quoting process and creates delays.

With Request Better Rates, you can now request improved rates directly from your pricing team within Freightify.

You can raise a request from the Rate Results page when the available rates are not competitive and not available, or from an existing enquiry in the Enquiries module when you need better pricing to respond to a customer.

Once the request is submitted, your pricing team receives it within the platform and can add or update the required rates. This keeps the entire process structured and visible in one place.

This helps you handle situations where:

• The available rates are too high

• No rates are available for a shipment

• A customer asks for a better price

• You need rates for a new trade lane

Instead of losing time switching between tools, your sales and pricing teams can collaborate directly within Freightify and respond to customers faster with more competitive quotes.
